Terms and conditions
1. A 18% buyer’s charge will be added to the “hammer price” or winning bid of each lot (VAT included) as well as 5€ handling fee per single invoice.
2. Buyer pays for the shipping and insurance.
3. We accept payments by bank transfer or card payments (Visa, MasterCard, commission fee +2.5%). All payments should be made only in EUR. Payments with PayPal are not accepted!
4. Invoice must be paid in full within 10 days after the auction.
5. Due to the events in Ukraine it is currently not possible to accept payments from Russian Federation and Belarus as well as ship items to the Russian Federation and Belarus.
6. Shipping costs for heavy Philatelic lots and albums (Stamps, Envelopes, Postcards) will be calculated individually based on the weight of the package. International shipping cost is €15 for the parcel shipping and €15 for every additional kg. EU customers can ask us for DPD parcel machine shipping, which usually costs in the range of €30 to €100. For customers from Latvia and Lithuania, it is possible to ship items through the Omniva parcel machine for €15. For customers from Finland, shipping via SmartPost (Itella) parcel machines is possible for €15.
